About HRI Online

HRI Online Publications is the publishing arm of the Humanities Research Institute at the University of Sheffield. The press was established with the aid of a generous grant from the Garfield Weston Foundation.

HRI Online's publications use technology to formulate and investigate research questions in the Arts and Humanities that cannot be as effectively addressed using conventional methodologies.

HRI Online's publications are developed and maintained by HRI Digital, the technology development unit of the Humanities Research Institute.

All HRI Online's publications are peer-reviewed, and its programme of publication activities is overseen by its Editorial Board and Advisory Board.
